If your cancellation request is received before July 13, 2026, a partial refund will be issued to your credit card (when possible) within 10 days or via cheque within 30 days of your request, as follows:

1. 50% of registration fee;
2. Campground fee;
3. The cost of any promotional items ordered;
4. The cost of any dinners ordered.

If your cancellation request is received after July 13, 2026, and before the beginning of Starfest August 13, 2026, a partial refund will be issued to your credit card (when possible) within 10 days or via cheque within 30 days of your request, as follows:

1. 50% of registration fee;
2. Campground fee;
3. If you ordered Starfest Promotional items they will be mailed to you via parcel post;
4. Dinners are non-refundable.

If while at Starfest, you decide to leave before the end of the conference and are out of the park before 12:00 p.m., a partial refund will be issued at the registration desk as follows:

1. The campground fee for that day and any unused days;
2. Dinners are non-refundable.

If you are a NO SHOW you must request your refund within 15 days of the end of Starfest, a partial refund will be issued to your credit card (when possible) within 10 days or via cheque within 30 days of your request as follows:

1. Registration fee is non-refundable
2. Campground fee will be refunded.
3. If you ordered Starfest promotional items they will be mailed to you via parcel post.
4. Dinners are non-refundable.
